Team Information
The Comfort Team
Comfort Team is dedicated to creating a clean space free of physical and mental stress for guests.

The Culture Team
The Culture Team is a group of airport employees from various companies who are passionate about the employee experience. Meeting monthly, the team works to improve the employee experience and explores ways to show appreciation to the 18,000 employees who work at MCO.

The Speed Team
Speed Team works to remove the perception of inefficiency and delay here at MCO.

The Safety Team
Members of the Safety Team meet monthly to discuss safety in and around the airport. The team is made of Management level employees who have great exposure to risk in their operations here at MCO.

The Ease Team
The Ease Team is a group of airport employees from various airport organizations who work to define and improve wayfinding and signage to enhance our guest’s experience and ability to navigate our airport. The team meets weekly to brainstorm ideas and frequently walks the airport to evaluate potential initiatives while interacting with guest for feedback.

The Green Team
If you think preserving the natural beauty of Central Florida is important, the Green Team wants you! The GOAA Green Team focuses on community outreach and education, and plays a key role in reducing the impact of airport operations on our local environment. The Green Team comprises employees from GOAA, airlines, tenants, concessionaires and contractors, as well as members from the local community, and has been recognized by the Florida Airports Council for outstanding achievement in the advancement of environmental stewardship.
