We have heard your concerns! Our employee parking lot and shuttle bus system has fallen short of the quality of service we strive to offer. Providing our valued airport employees safe and reliable transportation to and from their workplace is one of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority’s customer service goals. As a result of bringing this matter to our attention, we are making every effort to enhance and improve the quality level of service on the employee shuttle buses. While we review potential schedule changes, plans are underway to provide additional buses. Please bear with us as we work through our purchasing process.
