All airport employees are welcome to participate in the following training opportunities. Please click the link to register for the selected training class. After registration is complete, each person will be sent a link to access the training during the selected time. Please keep in mind that you must have access to a computer that will allow you to use GoToWebinar and audio capabilities.

      Report Fraud, Waste, or Abuse

      The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA), which is responsible for the operations of Orlando International Airport and Orlando Executive Airport, is committed to the highest level of integrity in its operations and it is fully committed to protecting the organization, its operations and its assets against fraud, waste and abuse.  GOAA is taking a proactive stance against suspected fraud, waste or abuse of Authority resources by establishing a third-party Whistle-Blower Reporting Line as a means to report any of the above activity in connection with GOAA operations.

      Reports may be submitted 24 hours a day by emailing GOAA@integritycounts.ca or through an online reporting form by visiting integritycounts.ca/org/GOAA. You may also file a report by calling toll-free 1-877-370-6354.

      If this is an airline related matter such as lost or damaged luggage, flight status inquiry, request for wheelchair assistance, or other airline specific related question, please contact your airline directly.

        How can I obtain blank recognition cards?

        Contact the GOAA Customer Experience Department at AirportCommunication@goaa.org or use the Recognize an Employee form on this website.

        Where do I turn in completed recognition cards?
        There are black collection boxes at the East and West Information Booths, outside of Lost & Found, outside of Suntrust Bank on Level 3, in the reception area of the Annex.
        How can I get my "It All Starts with Me!" lapel pin?
