On Tuesday, November 9th, there will be a dual APM outage of the South Terminal Complex (STC) APM from 9:00 p.m.- 3:00a.m. As a result of this, there will be alternate transportation for the Employees of the C-Garage.

Please note that this will only be for this one evening, Tuesday, November 9th. Important instructions below:

Divert all Employees to North Garages from 12:00 noon on November 9th, to 2:30 a.m. on November 10th: Similar to when we first started with our COVID measures for Employees, for this timeframe only, we will divert all Employees to the B-Garage. The entrance to / exit from the garages will be exclusively though the B-Garage, and for this timeframe only, we will operate an Employee-style lane to allow for Employees to enter / exit without incident. You will be required to show a current November hangtag and your airport-issued ID (or your airline ID) for entrance / exit into the facility without incident. There will be shuttle service from the North Terminal Complex (NTC) to / from the Passenger Drop-off Lobby (PDL) of the Intermodal Terminal Facility (ITF) from 9:00 pm on Tuesday, November 9th, until 3:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 10th (on demand). The shuttle will pick up / drop off Employees at curb on the departure level, B-side by Delta Air Lines and at the PDL. The pickup point will be on the far east end of the curb, just at the beginning of all airline activity. Employees should proceed as if attempting to take the APM to the C-Garage, and a staff member will direct any Employees to the location for the shuttle. For Employees utilizing the shuttle service from the terminal to the C-Garage, upon arrival at the PDL curb, the Employee will either take the elevator or the two sets of escalators to the 5th floor, and simply walk over to the C-Garage. Alternatively, during the hours of the closure, for those parked in the C-Garage, from the 5th floor of the ITF, simply walk to the east end, as will be outlined by signage, down to level 1, and on to the shuttle to the Terminal. Starting on Saturday, November 6th through Monday, November 8th, there will be a handout given to all Employees entering the C-Garage outlining the temporary condition.

For crewmembers staying longer than 24-hours, please pull a ticket. With your valid hangtag, ID and the ticket correlating that you parked within the stipulated time period, Airport Operations will validate your parking.

To recap:

This only applies to Employee parking in the C-Garage on Tuesday, November 9th, from 12:00 noon to 2:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 10th.This does not apply to entrance to / exit from the B-Garage by an Employee outside of the times listed. If an Employee is outside of the times listed, the Employee will be required to pay the applicable parking fees.Shuttle service will be available for those needing to access the C-Garage from 9:00 p.m. on November 9th until 3:00 a.m. on November 10th.A valid November hangtag and airport / airline ID is required for entry and exit.
