Alvin Hall wasn’t just doing his job, he was setting the standard. He greeted each guest with a warm smile and genuine care. He offered assistance and made what can often be a stressful part of travel feel smooth. What stood out even more was that his positivity wasn’t limited to just his own lane, he extended the same energy to travelers in nearby lines as well.
