What is Ergonomics? Ergonomics is the process of designing or arranging furniture, products, systems and devices so that they fit the people that use them to minimize the risk of injury or harm as a result. The aim is to create a comfortable, safe and productive workspace by bringing together health and design. With positioning and adjustment based on users, you minimize the risk of musculoskeletal disorders and injury.

June is National Safety Month
Safety is now more important that ever. Every year the National Safety Council utilizes the month of June to highlight important safety topics. The National Safety Council is America’s leading nonprofit safety advocate. They focus on eliminating the leading causes of preventable injuries and deaths. Follow us throughout this month as we also look at Mental Health, Driving and Building a Safety Culture.
