ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Lot Agent.
The Lot Agent will monitor parking lots, garages, sidewalks, and outside areas of client location with a company vehicle.
The Lot Agent will also inventory license plates of parked vehicles using a computer-based database and write daily activity and ticket accountability reports.
The Lot Agent will work outside throughout the entire shift.
Other responsibilities may include:
jumping batteries using a portable generator;
filling tires with air using a portable air compressor; assisting customers to find their vehicle;
respond to customer calls from the "Help" button in parking lots and on the "Pay and Go" machines;
gate repair and replacement; moving bicycle racks; placing safety cones to direct traffic flow in garages and lots;
snow removal, including but not limited to spreading ice melt and shoveling snow;
managing traffic at toll booths; and moving items from one location to another which may require loading and unloading the company vehicle.
Shift: 11:00PM-07:00AM Must work Weekends/Holidays/Possible Overtime
