As a supervisor of the cleaning department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and fostering a positive work environment with your team. You will be part of the frontline line leading the way with our dedicated individuals. Drive productivity while upholding our company standards.
Responsibilities:
▪ Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals.
▪ Provide briefings to team members based on duties or flight assignments.
▪ Create and manage employee schedules to include vacation coverage, sick time coverage or training coverage.
▪ Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to company policies.
▪ Communicate with vendors and airline partners to ensure compliance with their key performance indicators.
▪ Maintain a safe and respectful work environment, enforcing compliance with safety regulations and company guidelines.
▪ Provide frequent feedback to your team members and ensure everyone is performing effectively and efficiently at each duty assigned.
▪ Conduct yearly performance evaluations.
▪ Provide support in selecting “employee of the month” within the cleaning department.
Requirements:
▪ Fluent in English and Spanish.
▪ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
▪ Work on holidays, nights, weekends and at times, extra or overtime.
▪ Supervisory experience is welcomed.
▪ Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment.
▪ Problem-solving abilities approach to handling challenges.
