Overview:
We are hiring two Dispatchers to support the daily operations of our wheelchair assistance services for airline passengers. This role is essential in ensuring smooth coordination, timely service, and effective communication across shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage daily operations using the company’s dispatch application
• Schedule and assign wheelchair assistance requests
• Maintain proactive communication with field supervisors
• Identify and resolve service or staffing issues in real time
• Ensure continuity and efficiency across shift transitions
Requirements:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with dispatch or scheduling systems preferred
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile or desktop applications
• Flexible availability and reliability
• Previous experience is required for this position.
• Bilingual English / Spanish ( fluent )

Ground Handling Agents are typically required to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. They may also be required to work in all types of weather conditions.
