The XpresSpa Guest Service Coordinator plays a vital role in coordinating the guest flow within the spa. They are the customer’s first point of contact in our spas and possess a strong knowledge of all treatments and services offered. In order to deliver the highest level of customer service they have to know products, communicate the features and benefits, explain treatments and services effectively. Our spas are active and require a special person to understand the needs of our customers and pair them with the appropriate Service/Treatment specialist. Ideal candidates are able to think quickly on their feet, deal with multiple tasks and yet always keep the needs of the customer first and foremost. They will greet and engage our customers. During the check-in/check-out process, the Spa Concierge informs customer of our Membership program, upsells treatments and educates customer on retail products. They also support our Service/Treatment Specialists to ensure our customers are consistently treated to an impeccable customer service experience, and that the operations run smoothly.
