STELLAR PARTNERS is looking for Sales Supervisors and Sales Associates for our four
stores at MCO.
FULL TIME AND PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE.
Weekend availability required.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF SUPERVISORS --
* Provide the highest standard of customer service at all times
Welcome customers in a positive helpful manner
Process transactions quickly and accurately
Perform opening/closing of store procedures, accurately complete cash counts and reports
Customer experience & product knowledge
* Store Standards
Maintain sales floor and stock appearance
Ensure visual standards are met
Perform routine house keeping tasks
* Supervise and oversee sales associates and stock associates by leading by example
Monitor associate performance and provide feedback
Partner with management to help efficiently operate the store
