National and Alamo has an exciting opportunity for a Return Agent at the Orlando Airport. The Return Agent provides superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process, and assists all customers with the rental return process. Provides professional, knowledgeable and courteous service while accurately completing all transactions. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.

This position is located at the Orlando Airport (zip code 32827).
This position pays $15.00 / hour ($15.50 / hour after 4pm) PLUS monthly customer service bonus incentives AND performance based incentives.
Apart from religious observation, interested candidates must be willing to work a flexible full-time (40 hour/week) shift schedule, including days, evenings and weekends. Days off will be on weekdays.
